1969 Airstream Sovereign 31′
Vision
In collaboration with a Los Gatos, CA couple, we transformed their 1969 Airstream Sovereign 31’ into a mobile retreat that mirrors its breathtaking forested canyon and expansive Pacific Ocean surroundings.
Drawing from the tranquil blues, greys, and off-whites of the ocean, and the warm, earthy hues of Northern California’s chaparral, we incorporated reclaimed lumber and fabrics in tan, burnt umber, and deep brown. The result is a seamless fusion of coastal and natural textures, capturing the beauty of California’s landscape within the Airstream.
Future plans include a spacious sundeck with an awning and hot tub, set adjacent to the custom gull-wing opening for stunning views stretching to Point Lobos Beach and Carmel, CA.
